Mega drug manufacturer Merck & Co. is reporting a major increase in third-quarter profits due in part to the skyrocketing sales of death-linked HPV shot Gardasil – up 41 percent to $445 million thanks to government backing and a hugely successful yet deceptive ad campaigns targeted at unsuspecting parents and children. The overall value of Merck shares rose 80 cents, or 2.3 percent, to $35.11. The numbers are up from a year ago, when the company was hit with huge acquisition and legal charges. Of course behind the monetary surge in Gardasil sales is the horribly corrupt marketing and political techniques used to boost Merck out of economic downfall.
When it comes to Gardasil, Merck is more concerned about pushing the shot on children and generating a profit than examining the true effects of the shot.
Merck pushes Gardasil on children through omission of facts, political bribery, and blatant lies
How could Merck sell Gardasil in such high quantities despite documentation linking it to 3,589 harmful reactions and 16 deaths between May 2009 and September 2010 alone? Well, Merck likes to pretend that the death link does not exist. Furthermore, Merck uses monetary incentive, also considered bribery, to ensure that Gardasil legislation is swiftly passed by key legislators. Because when it comes to generating profit, Merck has no concern for the health of the individual — especially the target demographic of boys and girls between the ages of 11 and 12.
In order to push Gardasil as a “safe” vaccine, Merck will go as far as to blatantly lie about the side effects of the HPV shot in magazine ads, website banner ads, and even on the official Gardasil website. In my special report on Gardasil ads, I documented how Merck supplements the real known side effects of Gardasil such as death and Guillain-Barre Syndrome for less threatening ones such as headache and nausea.
As for political bribery, Merck has been caught by Cal Watchdog supplying key California legislators with thousands of dollars. Of course these key legislators were instrumental in the passing of the Gardasil bill that now allows for 12 year old children to decide whether or not they would like to be injected with the Gardasil vaccine without any parental consent. Given deceptive information about the HPV shot Gardasil, it is reasonable to believe that these young children would consider the shot to be relatively harmless. Unfortunately, those who do not follow health news are oftentimes in the dark over Gardasil dangers.
As if the HPV vaccine wasn’t controversial enough. Now, a government panel is recommending that boys age 11-12 also get the shot. Why?
The panel believes it will help reduce the risk of women getting the sexually transmitted human papilloma virus.
Studies show that it prevents 90 percent of genital warts in men and it reduces risk of anal, penile and throat cancers.
The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices made the recommendation Tuesday for boys to also receive the three-dose vaccine, which is still recommended to girls to prevent the STD that could increase risk for cervical cancer. Federal health officials usually adopt what the panel says and asks doctors and patients to follow the recommendations.
Time reports that the vaccine was approved for this use in boys by the Center for Disease Control back in 2009, but more evidence was needed before a formal recommendation was made. Research supporting this recommendation, according to Time, includes:
In February, for example, researchers reported that the HPV vaccine prevented 90 percent of genital warts in men who were not infected with the virus before immunization. The vaccine was also found to be 75 percent effective in protecting against anal cancer in a study of primarily gay men. It also protects against certain penile and throat cancers, and recent data suggest that HPV is increasingly responsible for mouth and throat cancers, which have been on the rise — probably because of increasing rates of oral sex.
Some parents may ask, “‘Why are you vaccinating my son against anal cancer? He’s not gay! He’s not ever going to be gay!’ I can see that will come up,” Ranit Mishori, a family practice doctor in Washington, D.C., Mishori, who supports the committee’s recommendation, said to the Associated Press.
Aside from protecting against genital warts in boys, doctors also say that boys could also help prevent the spread of the sexually transmitted virus to girls.
The HPV vaccine controversy stems from the fact that boys and girls would not have to worry about the adverse side effects of HPV if they abstained from sexual intercourse.
According to the Associated Press, since the vaccine was introduced for girls five years ago, only about a third of adolescent girls have been fully vaccinated against the virus. It’s a percentage that Dr. Anne Schuchat, a U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Administrator says is “pretty terrible.”
NPR reports Merck, the pharmaceutical manufacturer of Gardasil, as saying the shot, which runs $100 per dose, will make economic sense if it helps reduce transmission of the virus.

Evidence mounts: 49 girls die, thousands of others hospitalized after receiving the Gardasil vaccine
The evidence linking Gardasil to adverse reactions and death was available long before legislators began pushing it on pre-pubescent children.
Shockingly, the HPV shot led to 3,589 harmful reactions and 16 deaths between May 2009 and September 2010 alone. Of the 3,589 adverse reactions, many were debilitating.
Permanent disability was the result of 213 cases; 25 resulted in the diagnosis of Guillain-Barre Syndrome; there were 789 other “serious” reports according to FDA documents.
What is even more compelling is the fact that HPV infections oftentimes resolve themselves without intervention. In fact, 90% of HPV infections resolve themselves after 2 years without Gardasil, according to Dr. Diane Harper, who was the lead researcher during the creation of Gardasil.
Furthermore, extended history has shown that the Gardasil vaccine has repeatedly been politically mandated and subsequently rejected due to health concerns. Still, history continues to repeat itself. In August 2008, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) required all female immigrants between the ages of 11 and 26 to receive at least one dose of the Gardasil vaccination if they planned on entering the United States. The requirement was lifted on December 14, 2009. Countless immigrants were affected, with officials admitting regret over the initial instatement.
'If we had known about it, we would have said it’s not a good idea,' said Jon Abramson, the former chairman of the CDC’s Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices.
California legislators push for Gardasil bill, found to be bribed by Merck
In August 2011, Assembly Bill 499 was proposed by California Assembly Member Tony Atkins. The bill allows for children as young as 12 to receive the HPV shot Gardasil without any parental consent, thus completely removing parents from the important decision of whether or not to receive the death-linked HPV shot.
Shortly after the news was announced, a report by Cal Watchdog revealed that Merck was giving monetary incentives to key California legislators in order for the bill to pass. Both legislators from the assembly and senate received figures reaching around $3500. Of course the several thousand dished out by Merck is nothing compared to the millions they stood to make from the passing of the bill. The legislation passed, and it then went to the desk of California governor Jerry Brown.
Gardasil found to contain genetically modified rDNA of HPV virus As the Gardasil bill was sitting on the desk of California governor Jerry Brown, researchers released a bombshell report over the contents of the Gardasil vaccine. Vials of Gardasil from around the globe were found to be contaminated with rDNA of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Conducted by the organization SANE Vax, the tests revealed that the HPV virus had beengenetically modified and inserted into the Gardasil vaccine. Far from natural, the rDNA has serious long-term consequences.
Dr. Lee, the pathologist who ran the tests, explained:
Natural HPV DNA does not remain in the bloodstream for very long. However, the HPV DNA in Gardasil is not ‘natural’ DNA. It is a recombinant HPV DNA (rDNA) — genetically engineered — to be inserted into yeast cells for VLP (virus-like-particle) protein production. rDNA is known to behave differently from natural DNA. It may enter a human cell, especially in an inflammatory lesion caused by the effects of the aluminum adjuvant, via poorly understood mechanisms. Once a segment of recombinant DNA is inserted into a human cell, the consequences are hard to predict. It may be in the cell temporarily or stay there forever, with or without causing a mutation. Now the host cell contains human DNA as well as genetically engineered viral DNA.

California governor Jerry Brown signed the Gardasil bill into law on October 11, 2011. California children are now set to be given the HPV vaccine, linked to thousands of adverse reactions, without any parental consent at all. Of course California school districts have been found to go to extreme lengths when it comes to students receiving government-recommended shots, with school officials visiting the homes of children equipped with the school nurse and an arsenal of vaccinations. Even more concerning than the bill allowing for young children to decide whether or not to receive the Gardasil shot themselves is the deceptive Gardasil ad campaign launched by Merck. Mecrk omits Gardasil death link, numerical facts on official website and in ad campaign Merck not only fails to mention the link between death and the HPV shot Gardasil on their website and in their popular magazine ads, but they also fail to mention any of the severe side effects. Merck lists only minor side effects that sound relatively harmless and would not raise any red flags for the average consumer who has not researched Gardasil. On their official website, Merck lists the known side effects as:
Pain, swelling, itching, bruising, and redness at the injection site
Headache
Fever
Nausea
Dizziness
Vomiting
Fainting
Remember that between May 2009 and September 2010 alone, Gardasil was linked to 3,589 harmful reactions and 16 deaths. Of the 3,589 adverse reactions, many were debilitating. Merck’s magazine ads also list similar side effects, failing to include the death link. The ad goes on to say that the HPV vaccine will not protect everyone against diseases caused by HPV. Of course this may sound like Merck is being at least slightly transparent here, but of course they are not. Not only do 70% of all HPV infections resolve themselves within a year, but within 2 years that percentage rises to 90%.
FDA documents reveal 26 hidden Gardasil deaths
Thanks to legal action by the Judicial Watch, the FDA was forced to release 26 adverse reaction reports revealing an additional 26 deaths as a result of the HPV shot Gardasil. One such report states:
The information was received from the patient’s mother … concerning her healthy 14-year-old daughter who in August 2007, January 2008, and June 2008, was vaccinated with a first, second and third dose of Gardasil … It was reported that the patient experienced several symptoms including numbness and tingling in her fingers and toes, fatigue, a really hard time falling asleep, urinary tract infections, ovarian cyst, moody, trouble getting out of bed and seizures. The patient had had upwards of 150 seizures following her third shot in June 2008. During her seizures she stopped breathing for periods of 30 to 40 seconds. The patient was diagnosed with Neurocardiogenic syndrome and seizures. It was reported that the patient died due to ovarian cyst. The reporter felt that the patient’s symptoms were related to vaccination with Gardasil.
The findings not only add to the mountain of evidence against Gardasil, but also raise questions as to whether or not there are more hidden deaths that have yet to be released. The future of Gardasil: In your hands A government advisory committee is now requesting that the CDC recommend Gardasil for boys between the ages of 11 and 12, expanding the current recommendation that only pertains to girls. As Gardasil is given to young children in California under the guise of a necessary and safe method of HPV prevention, it is important that the truth about Gardasil is shared with consumers. With enough proverbial force behind it, the anti-Gardasil movement can not only challenge the Gardasil law, but educate the masses to such a degree that they will not be receiving it regardless of legislation. Educate your children, friends, family, and complete strangers about the dangers of Gardasil.

For men, few phrases can make you cringe as quickly as this one: penile cancer.
And that's the exact reaction Big Pharma is banking on -- because do they ever have a "cure" for you and your sons.
When I read in the Journal of Clinical Pathology that Spanish researchers had identified human papillomavirus, or HPV, as the culprit for just under half of these penile cancer cases, I knew exactly what was coming next: Gardasil.
Merck has been trying to force this poisonous vaccine into little girls around the world, with deadly results. In addition to being linked to dozens of deaths, other little girls have been stricken with extensive nerve damage and even Lou Gehrig's disease from this supposed cure. With "cures" like that, who needs cancer?
So while Merck pushes to make this vaccine mandatory for young girls, an increasingly enlightened public has been pushing back. This dirty drug is now in danger of becoming a big flop for Big Pharma -- so the race is on, not to improve the vaccine, but to find another way to sell it.
But don't you fall for this penis panic. No matter how scary it sounds, penile cancer is incredibly rare, accounting for less than 1 percent of all cancers here in the United States. There are just 26,000 cases of it each year -- in the entire world.
It's so rare that when I mention it to people, the first reaction is often, "You can get cancer there?"
Yes, you can -- but it's pretty unlikely. You'd be far more likely to suffer the side effects from the "cure" than the disease itself. Speaking of cancer quackery -- wait until you hear the latest news on prostate cancer.
Prostate cancer: the big scam
"What you don't know can't hurt you" may not sound like a very reliable medical maxim.
But when it comes to cancer, you can bet your prostate it's true. That's because what you DO know usually leads to a surgery that you probably never needed. And when it comes to prostate cancer surgery, that means side effects such as impotence and incontinence.
That's an awfully high price for a little bit of needless knowledge, and it's all because of those needless PSA tests.
I've been called a lot of unkind words for saying that PSA tests are unnecessary and unreliable, and now I'm waiting for my apologies. The latest vindication can be found in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, where I read a new study that concluded that PSA tests have led to mass over-diagnosis and mass over-treatment.
At the same time, a study in the Journal of Clinical Oncology found that surgery to remove low-risk prostate cancer tumors can be delayed for years with no increase in the risk of death.
But few men choose to go the "wait and see" route.
In this large-scale study, researchers followed more than 50,000 men since 1986. Of them, 3,331 eventually got that prostate cancer diagnosis. All but 342 of them -- a little more than 10 percent -- opted for surgery.
But of the 342 men who didn't get surgery, just 2 percent died because of their prostate cancer, versus 1 percent of the group who had surgery. Statistically, this difference is no difference at all.
Between these two studies, it looks like somewhere around a million men -- a MILLION men -- got treatments they probably never needed, fattening the pockets of surgeons and dealing with all the stress, agony and expense that comes from being a cancer patient.
Prostate cancer has become an industry of its own. Many of the same doctors who are advising you on your treatment options know they'd be out of a job if men began choosing to wait rather than rush into surgery.
So when your doctor advises you to have prostate cancer surgery, whose interest is he really looking after? Not yours.
