Washington State’s Pending Legislation Seeks To Prohibit Barbaric Muslim Practice Of Young Female Genital Mutilation

Bare Naked Islam:

State of Washington 63rd Legislature 2014 Regular Session
HOUSE BILL 2190
AN ACT Relating to female genital mutilation; amending RCW 26.44.020; adding a new section to chapter 9A.36 RCW; creating a new section; and prescribing penalties. More

Read the entire bill here: http://apps.leg.wa.gov/documents/billdocs/2013-14/Pdf/Bills/House%20Bills/2190.pdf

An estimated 130 million young girls have undergone sexual mutilation, mostly in Muslim countries, but now, apparently in Great Britain, Europe, and the USA, too.

Wake-up America… Wake-up Democrats… It is your party’s politicians, including those in the White House, who support the Muslim Brotherhood and the spread of Islam in this country and are then feeding you the crazy notion of a war on women by Republicans… You are being used and had!

Abortion Survivor Blasts Obama

An abortion survivor calls Obama out for his refusal 4 times to vote in favor of a bill in the Illinois state Senate that would have provided care for survivors of abortions. This is disgusting how little respect Obama has for human life.

Video: How Will You Answer?

Why did so many vote for President Obama in 2008?

By Alveda King – Niece of Dr. Martin Luther King

As an African American, as a woman, as a Christian, and as human being, I’ve been asking myself, “Why did no many people vote for President Obama in 2008 – why????”

Why did over 50% of Catholics…

Why did over 90% of African Americans…

Why did so many Christians…

Why did so many women…

Vote for the most abortion supporting, homosexual marriage supporting, trash the economy supporting President in American History??????

Why did President Obama win the women’s vote in 2008?

President Obama appeals to women’s need for independence and control over their bodies and their reproductive freedom. This desire for women’s rights is not a bad desire. But women still believe that abortion and contraceptives are health care. They are not! Abortion kills babies and even women.

And the population that is harmed the most by abortion is the Black women. Case in point is Tonya Reaves who died on July 20, 2012 after having a botched abortion at a Planned Parenthood killing center in Chicago, Illinois.

Why a woman would vote for a candidate who promises health benefits and delivers death is beyond me – except for the fact that we know that people are being deceived. The lie is that abortion and contraceptives are health care. The truth is that health care prevents sickness and cures disease. A baby is not a sickness, a pregnancy is not a disease. But the so called cure of abortion and contraceptives kill babies and harm women.

People do not have all of the facts. There are harmful side effects from using contraceptives and getting abortions; increased risks of breast cancer, cervical cancer, strokes, heart attacks, suicide, drug and alcohol abuse, and any more.

Women are making important decisions regarding their bodies without having all the necessary information. Abortion and contraception (surgery and drugs) hurt women. They are NOT healthcare.

All too often all across the country, women are being transported to hospitals after botched abortions. You might ask, “why haven’t I heard about this?” The mainstream media doesn’t want to report this information. If you don’t read pro-life blogs regularly, I’m not surprised that you haven’t heard these vital facts.

And forget about the abortion industry telling you the truth. They haven’t done that ever. Just recently I heard of a young lady who was told by an abortion facility that she wasn’t pregnant with a baby but that all it was was “a sac filled with fluid and tissue.”

Women think that President Obama is a friend to women. He is not. He is not pro-life. Abortion is not healthcare. Abortion kills women and abortion kills babies, real human persons in their earliest stages of their development but human persons just the same.

People are misinformed. Let the truth be told

This is part of the real war on women… waged by the Progressive Left.  Time to wake up before it is too late!

Vagina, Vagina, Wherefore Art Thou Vagina?

The Real War Against Women

Actually I am quite well aware of my anatomy. The problem I have is why does everyone else think what I do with my vagina is their business? No I am not talking just about the “right,” which tells me what I can do and cannot do with my choices, nor the “left,” which tells me if I don’t follow their line of thinking then I am not standing up for well… my vagina. I am talking about everyone out there who thinks its their business about other people’s business.

I understand that the issue is truly abortion. And no there is no simple answer. The answer is one of science not of faith. As science improves and the ability of the baby to live outside the mother’s womb increases, society’s reluctance to back abortion on demand or any abortion at all increases. As science improves and we learn about the baby’s gestational nervous system and its ability to feel pain, society becomes less and less inclined to accept abortion as a solution.

Personally I am tired of those who self-righteously say..”..its my body.” Sorry but, it’s also that baby’s body.

Personally I am tired of those who self-righteously say..”..God has decreed…” Human beings are fallible and as such can always misinterpret God’s word… so I am loathe to believe anyone but my own heart.

No I do not have an answer for society. I have an answer for myself and that is all. I know in my heart what I would do under certain circumstances and I am grateful everyday that I have not had to make such a decision.

But people really need to get over the word vagina. For heaven’s sake… a  Michigan state representative was banned from speaking for two days because she used the word vagina on the legislature floor. Granted she said it for maximum obnoxiousness. There was no real need. Her point was spoken and well said actually up until that moment. But really gentlemen of Michigan… isn’t it time you grew up? Hey wonder what would happen if that legislator came back and used the word penis in discussing a father’s responsibility to pay child support? Of course there are many words used to describe those who don’t follow through on their obligations to take care of their children, and a slang variation of the word penis is just one of those words….

Meanwhile, if you really want to discuss vaginas and some cockamamie “war on women” its time to discuss the usurpation of a women’s sexual rights in the Moslem (Muslim) world. It is time to learn about female genital mutilation. This is the real “war on women.” Honestly I dislike the term genital cutting. FGM is the removal of the labia, the clitoris and the sewing together of the outer walls of the vagina leaving a small hole where pee can escape. It is not a paper-cut.

Not only can’t you say vagina in those cultures, but when they ripout a woman’s vagina and clitoris, they also take any sense a woman may have of sexual enjoyment. So worried about the sexuality of their women as it relates to their honor, men happily mutilate their women and the women comply. Of course, not certain that these women actually have too much of a choice in the matter really. FGM can lead to premature labor, fistula and higher maternal and infant mortality. Statistics say that 98% of women in Egypt have had the procedure. As an aside, funny how a man’s sexuality and actions do not reflect on his honor at all. Just saying.

In fact FGM is so prevalent in immigrant communities that European parliaments have outlawed the procedure. Activists are trying to accomplish the same here. But considering the Congress can’t even pass a law preventing gendercide I doubt anything will really happen.

Meanwhile, Americans can run around obsessed with everyone else’s vaginas except the vaginas of the women in the world who really need our help. Saying or not saying vagina is the least of these women’s issues. Seriously some people in the US need to get some perspective.

China: Angry Protests Follow Brutal Seven-Month Forced Abortion

LiveNews.com

Angry protests are taking place in China following a brutal forced abortion that saw a woman forcibly aborted at seven months of pregnancy on June 3 in Shanxi Province, China.

A report from the China-based human rights organization 64Tianwang indicates the woman, Feng Jianmei, was beaten and dragged into a vehicle by a group of family planning officials while her husband, Deng Jiyuan, was out working.

The officials asked for RMB 40,000 in fines from Feng Jianmei’s family and, when they did not receive the money, they forcibly aborted Feng at seven months, laying the body of her aborted baby next to her in the bed (pictured right). Feng is under medical treatment in Ankang City, Zhenpin County, Zengjia Town, Yupin village.

A U.S.-based human rights group, ChinaAid, informed LifeNews today that the forced abortion has triggered a chain of angry protests from around the world and its president, Bob Fu, says the family will be represented by an attorney who will press their case with typically unsympathetic Chinese officials.

“The famous young Christian lawyer Zhang Kai will represent the mother, Feng Jianmei,” Fu explained. “The case has focused worldwide attention on China’s one-child family planning policy and the violent government measures used to enforce it.”

Fu explained further: “Zhang Kai was one of the lawyers who handled the famous “My father is Li Gang” case and the Qian Yunhui case in Zhejiang province, two cases that shocked the nation. In the first, a hit-and-run driver trying to escape the scene after hitting two students in front of Hebei University shouted that his father was a high-level official in the belief that it would get him immunity. In the latter case, a village leader trying to protect local residents’ rights in a land dispute case was crushed to death under a truck, believed by many to be a murder. Zhang Kai also represented Christians in the Tibetan capital of Lhasa last October in a religious persecution case.”

Zhang recently wrote about the forced abortion on his blog, saying, “The tragic Zhenping case violates the most basic conscience of mankind.”

“This week, I will personally go to investigate and offer legal assistance to the plaintiff. If I exhaust all possible options domestically to seek a legal remedy, if China’s legal remedies all fail to realize the most basic demands (of the plaintiff), I will seek the help of international human rights groups, the United Nations and other groups, regardless of the political risk,” he said.”

He continued: “I’ve already been in touch with the plaintiff. Out of basic humanitarian concern, I will travel in the next few days to Zhenping to offer legal assistance to the victims. I cannot accept that this kind of blatant murder in the land that we live in. To ignore it is, I think, to be no different than the murderer. This is a crime against humanity.”

Meanwhile, the New York Post indicates Chinese officials will “probe” the brutal abortion:

The government of Zhenping county, where the abortion took place, have since promised a “transparent probe” under a special committee, while national family planning officials said any perpetrators would be punished.

An official at the National Population and Family Planning Commission who declined to be named said the commission viewed the matter as “serious and important” and that the investigation was being handled at the “top level.”

ChinaAid has also been monitoring he case of Cao Ruyi, the five-month pregnant mother in Changsha, Hunan province, who faced the threat of a forced abortion. The group has been active in drawing Chinese and international attention to the case, leading to some recent positive developments.

Fu called the Shaanxi case of the killing of Feng Jianmei’s seven-month-old unborn child a shocking incident, adding, “We are convinced that the tragedy of this kind of human extermination happens daily in many different places. We are dedicated to the building of a Chinese society that respects life, love and justice.”

Reggie Littlejohn, president of Women’s Rights Without Frontiers, who initially exposed the brutal forced abortion, said, “This is an outrage. No legitimate government would commit or tolerate such an act.”

“Those who are responsible should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity,” Littlejohn said. “WRWF calls on the United States government and the leaders of the free world to strongly condemn forced abortion and all coercive family planning in China.”

As LifeNews reported last week, the human rights group ChinaAid, which worked closely with Chen to help him leave China, learned that a 37-year-old woman, Cao Ruyi (pictured left), was dragged from her home and beaten on the morning of June 6 by more than a dozen Chinese family planning officials. The mother, pregnant with a five month old unborn child, was accused of violating China’s “one child” policy because she and her husband, Li Fu, already have a six-year-old daughter.

Cao Ruyi was allowed to return home on Sunday and added that the surveillance personnel from the local family planning office had also been called off. Fu said he “expressed their thanks to ChinaAid for exposing the violent manner in which the local family planning officials dragged his wife to the hospital and the threat of performing a forced abortion on her.”

“He said the domestic and international attention and concern that Fu’s publicity efforts elicited was the reason Ms. Cao was allowed to return home,” Fu added.

However, before her release from the hospital, Cao was forced to sign a guarantee that she will pay a 10,000 yuan (nearly US $1500) “pregnancy termination deposit fee,” which will not be returned if she insists on keeping her baby. Instead the deposit will serve as partial payment of her fine for giving birth to a baby without government permission. She will also be required to pay a “social burden compensation fee” of US $25,000.

“Nonetheless, this is a welcome change,” Fu said. “ChinaAid expresses its thanks for the timely prayers of many brothers and sisters and for the concern expressed by many in the international community, most notably U.S. congressman Chris Smith who contacted the Hunan provincial and Changsha municipal governments directly.”

“Some Chinese netizens have also traveled to Changsha to lodge a formal protest with the procuratorate about Ms. Cao’s illegal detention by local officials. Many house church Christians prayed for Ms. Cao’s unborn child and called the couple to encourage and express support for them,” Fu continued.

Fallen… House Rejects Sex-Selection Abortion Ban – White House Agrees and Media is Silent

Have you seen this NASA photo before?  It is real.. a composite of the Helix Nubela taken by the Hubble Telescope, entitled God’s Eye.
And for most of us it is a reminder that someone is watching…

clip_image001

Most Americans have always thought that our nation, the Founding Fathers and our Constitution were God inspired.

And many have seen the correlation between our demise and turning our back, as a nation, on God.

House rejects sex-selection abortion ban

GOPUSA:

WASHINGTON (AP) - The House on Thursday fell short in an effort to ban abortions based on the sex of the fetus as Republicans and Democrats made an election-year appeal for women's votes.

The legislation would have made it a federal crime to perform or force a woman to undergo a sex-based abortion, a practice most common in some Asian countries where families wanting sons abort female fetuses.

It was a rare social issue to reach the House floor in a year when the economy has dominated the political conversation, and Republicans, besieged by Democratic claims that they are waging a war on women, struck back by trying to depict the vote as a women's rights issue.

"It is violence against women," said Rep. Chris Smith, R-N.J., of abortions of female fetuses. "This is the real war on women." (So why aren’t the feminists screaming about this?)

The White House, most Democrats, abortion rights groups and some Asian-American organizations opposed the bill, saying it could lead to racial profiling of Asian-American women and subject doctors who do not report suspected sex-selection abortions to criminal charges.

"The administration opposes gender discrimination in all forms, but the end result of this legislation would be to subject doctors to criminal prosecution if they fail to determine the motivations behind a very personal and private decision," White House spokeswoman Jamie Smith said in a statement. "The government should not intrude in medical decisions or private family matters in this way."

The bill had little chance of becoming law. The Democratic-controlled Senate would likely have ignored it, and the House brought it up under a procedure requiring a two-thirds majority for passage. The vote was 246-168 - 30 votes short of that majority. Twenty Democrats voted for it, while seven Republicans opposed it.

The bill's author, Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., said before the vote that regardless of the outcome, the point would be made. "When people vote on this, the world will know where they really stand."

Rep. Steny Hoyer of Maryland, the House's No. 2 Democrat, said he thought the bill was introduced because "somebody decided politically that this was a difficult place to put people in."

The legislation would have made it a federal offense, subject to up to five years in prison, to perform, solicit funds for or coerce a woman into having a sex-selection abortion. Bringing a woman into the country to obtain such an abortion would also be punishable by up to five years in prison. While doctors would not have an affirmative responsibility to ask a woman her motivations for an abortion, health workers could be imprisoned for up to a year for not reporting known or suspected violations of the ban on sex-based abortions.

An earlier version of the bill also made it illegal to abort a fetus based on race.

"We are the only advanced country left in the world that still doesn't restrict sex-selection abortion in any way," said Franks, who has also collided with abortion-rights groups recently over a bill he supports to ban abortions in the District of Columbia after 20 weeks of pregnancy.

Franks and others say there is evidence of sex-selection abortions in the United States among certain ethnic groups from countries where there is a traditional preference for sons. The bill notes that while the United States has no federal law against such abortions, countries such as India and China, where the practice has contributed to lopsided boy-girl ratios, have enacted bans on the practice.

Lawmakers "who recently have embraced the contrived political rhetoric asserting that they are resisting the artificial `war on women', created by Team Obama for political purposes for his upcoming election bid, must reflect on whether they now wish to be recorded as being defenders of the real escalating war on baby girls," said National Right to Life Committee legislative director Douglas Johnson. (Let us remember that both President Obama and HHS Secretary Kathleen Sibelius have always supported late term and partial birth abortions.  Senator Obama even voted against giving the tiny survivors or abortions comfort after the procedure, which is barbaric!)

His group, in a letter to lawmakers, said there are credible estimates that 160 million women and girls are missing from the world due to sex selection.

But the Guttmacher Institute, an organization that favors abortion rights, said evidence of sex selection in the United States is limited and inconclusive. It said that while there is census data showing some evidence of son preference among Chinese-, Indian- and Korean-American families when older children are daughters, the overall U.S. sex ratio at birth in 2005 was 105 boys to 100 girls, "squarely within biologically normal parameters."

NARAL Pro-Choice America president Nancy Keenan said that while her group has long opposed reproductive coercion, "the Franks bill exploits the very real problem of sex discrimination and gender inequity while failing to offer any genuine solutions that would eliminate disparities in health care access and information."

Marcia Greenberger, co-president of the National Women's Law Center, said the bill fosters discrimination by "subjecting women from certain racial and ethnic backgrounds to additional scrutiny about their decision to terminate a pregnancy."

"Doctors would be forced to police their patients, read their minds and conceal information from them," said Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y.

Republicans also used the bill to continue their ongoing criticism of Planned Parenthood, founded by eugenicist Margaret Sanger who endorsed abortion for racial purification, citing a video taken by the group Live Action purporting to show a Planned Parenthood social worker advising a woman on how to determine if her fetus was female before she terminated the pregnancy.

h/t Jim Abrams, June 1, 2012 6:50 am

The passing of this anti-sex-selection abortion law would have been more symbolic than anything else, for nobody would have gone into a clinic and said we want to terminate this pregnancy because of the gender of the fetus, especially after the law passed.  As Gretchen Carlson of Fox and Friends said: “Who would ever have thought that America, the United States, would need a law like this?”  But with the surfacing of now several videos showing that this despicable practice was not just an isolated incident and now the fact that Congress could/would not pass a bill banning gender selection abortion coupled with progressive politicians trying to turn this “real” ‘war on woman’ into a political shame… we sadly see that we definitely need this law!  After this vote we can no longer call the practices of China barbaric; we have defined our own culture as the only advanced country left in the world that still doesn't restrict sex-selection abortion in any way!  We have fallen a long way from the the God fearing people that founded our country!

As the polls indicate, pro-choice Americans are at record low and partial birth abortions and gender selection is unthinkable to most Americans; plus the Catholic Church has brought suit against the Obama Conception Mandate of ObamaCare… yet unless you watch Fox news, participate in the conservative blogosphere or perhaps receive a publication for your church, synagogue or a pro-life group you probably don’t know about any of this.  the media is silent… blacked out in support of President Obama and his administration.  This alone should be a huge flag of how they will handle the news between now and election and worry us all… blacked out news, distortion of their opponents and issues they oppose and slanted favorable news of Obama and Progressive candidates and issues… sounds a whole lot more like the USSR vs. the USA.

What we are is God's gift to us.  What we become is our gift to God.

Many feel he United States has fallen from grace… You be the Judge!

Many ask themselves how we got here…  When is the last time you took your kids and grandkids to church?  Are they teaching from scripture there?  And how can a modern translation of the Bible, The Voice Bible (Paperback: The Voice New Testament), that changes the nouns for God, Jesus Christ and angels to Eternal One, the Anointed One and a messenger of God and then offers a “watered down” version of the Gospel.  Was it T.S. Eliot who said the less people read the Bible the more they translate it?”  He also said something like ‘Watered down Christianity is worth nothing.’
